Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance as measured by Loan To Deposite Ratio (LDR), Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequecy Ratio (CAR), and Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) on the value of banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The
sample in this study was 4 state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, consisting of Bank Mandiri, BNI, BTN, and BRI. Data obtained from financial reports that have been published. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this analyze indicate that LDR and CAR have a significant effect on firm value. While ROA and BOPO heve no significant effect on firm value. Suggestions for further researchers can add the number of samples and other independent variables
related to financial performance.
