Abstract
A banking company also known as intermediary finance, has the responsibility to collect funds from surplus finance and distribute them to deficit finance. As the bank’sactivity in collecting funds will be converted into credit. The aims of this study were toanalyze the influence of the Non-Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital AdequacyRatio and Return on Asset on Credit Distribution in Banks registered in Indonesia StockExchange. The population of this study was the conventional banks registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 until 2021. The method used to determine the sample in thisstudy was the purposive sampling method, with certain criteria resulting in a sample of 18banks. An observational study was conducted using secondary data from Annual Report2019 until 2021. The data analysis method used liniear multiple regression withcalculations using the SPSS program. Based on the results of this research, Non-Performing Loan has a positive and insignificant effect on credit distribution due to the significance level of 0.462 > 0.05, Loanto Deposit Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on credit distribution due to thesignificance level 0.858 > 0.05, Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and insignificanteffect on credit distribution due to the significance level of 0.470 > 0.05 and Return on Assethas a positive and significant effect on credit distribution due to the significance level 0.000< 0.05. In addition, simultaneously NPL, LDR, CAR and ROA have a significant effect oncredit distribution
