Abstract

This researche aims to analyze the effect of Financial Ratios on profit growth in food-beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This research is a research design using a quantitative approach. The data type of research is secondary data, while the data source is obtained through the site www.idx.co.id . The population in this study are food-beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020
period. The samples used in this study were selected using the method of purposive sampling and obtained a total of 32 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The independent variable in this study is the Liquidity Ratio as measured by the current ratio (CR), the Leverage Ratio as measured by the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Activity Ratio as measured by Total Asset Turnover (TATO), while the dependent variable is profit growth. The results of this study indicate that Debt To Equity Ratio (CR) has an effect on profit growth, while the current ratio (CR) and has Total Asset Turnover (TATO) have no effect on profit growth.
