Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of debt policy, dividend policy and profitabilityon company value in basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The sample selection used was the purposive samplingmethod, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria. The data uses secondary dataconsisting of financial reports on 18 Basic Industry and Chemical companies on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collection technique is a documentationtechnique. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests(normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity), multiplThis research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Assets, OperatingExpenses, Operating Income, Interest Rates, Non-performing Financing, CapitalAdequacy Ratio, on the level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits at ShariaBanks, both partially and simultaneously. The research objects in this study areROA, BOPO, INTEREST RATE, NPF, and CAR, on the Profit Sharing Rate ofMudharabah Deposits in Islamic banks registered with Bank Indonesia. Data used.in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of quarterly reports fromSharia Banks. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There are 4Sharia Commercial Banks that meet the established criteria. The data analysisused in this research is Descriptive Analysis, Classic Assumption Test (NormalityTest, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocrelation Test). Hypothesistesting consists of Model Feasibility Test (F Test), Partial Test (t Test),Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). The results of the research conclude,(1) ROA has a significant effect on the level of profit sharing on mudharabahdeposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (2) ) BOPO has no significant effect on thelevel of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (3) )Interest rates have a significant effect on the level of profit sharing on mudharabahdeposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (4) NPF has no significant effect on the levelof profit sharing on mudharabah deposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (5) CARhas no significant effect on the level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits atSharia Banks.Keywords: Mudharabah Deposit Profit Sharing, ROA, BOPO, Interest Rate, NPF,CAR.e linearregression tests, and hypothesis tests (F test, r2 test and T test). Based on the results ofthis research, the following conclusions were made. Debt Policy has no effect on CompanyValue. Meanwhile, dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect oncompany value. All independent variables in this research simultaneously influence theintegrity of financial reports. Debt policy, dividend policy and profitability on company valueare 42.8%, while 57.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research.
