Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work occupational safety and health on employee work productivity at the Semanggimas sejahtera factory,
Tulungagung Regency. The number of samples used many as 50 employees using a saturated sample technique, data collection techniques using a questionnaire via google form, while data analysis techniques using multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of the T test show that partially the work safety variable has no significant effect and the occupational health variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity. The results of the F test show that occupational safety and health variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity with the dominant variable on employee work productivity,
namely occupational health.
