Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of debt policy, dividend policy and profitabilityon company value in basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The sample selection used was the purposive samplingmethod, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria. The data uses secondary dataconsisting of financial reports on 18 Basic Industry and Chemical companies on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collection technique is a documentationtechnique. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests(normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity), multiple linearregression tests, and hypothesis tests (F test, r2 test and T test). Based on the results ofthis research, the following conclusions were made. Debt Policy has no effect on CompanyValue. Meanwhile, dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect oncompany value. All independent variables in this research simultaneously influence theintegrity of financial reports. Debt policy, dividend policy and profitability on company valueare 42.8%, while 57.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research.
