Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of the variables Corporate Culture, Work Environment, Career Development on the performance of employeesof PT Pancanaka Indonesia. The approach used in this research is to use a quantitativeapproach. The population used was all employees of PT Pancanaka Indonesia, totaling 55respondents consisting of several sections, namely 4 managers, 4 engineering, 6administration, 25 marketing, 4 architects, 5 logistics, 7 security. The data source for thisresearch was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to obtain primary data.The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique which aims to determine howmuch influence the variables of corporate culture, work environment, and career developmenthave on employee performance. Meanwhile (f test) is used to test whether this research isfeasible or not used for research. The results of the t test in this study indicate that the corporateculture variable has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment hasa significant effect on employee performance and career development has a significant effecton employee performance
