Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of capital structure,profitability and company size on company value in food and beverage companies listedon the IDXThe method in this research uses quantitative methods with data obtained from theIndonesian Stock Exchange. The type of data in this research uses quantitative data andthe data source used is secondary data consisting of financial reports on 20 food andbeverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collectiontechnique is a documentation technique. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics,classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation),multiple linear regression analysis, determination tests, and hypothesis testing (f test and ttest) with the help of SPSS. Sample selection using the purposive sampling method,namely selecting samples using certain criteria.The results of this research show that the profitability variable has no influence oncompany value, while capital structure has a significant negative effect on company valueand company size has a significant positive effect on company value. All independentvariables in this research simultaneously have a significant effect on company value.
