Abstract
Buying interest from a customer of a brand, of course, there are certain things thatmake a consideration for someone who has a high enough buying interest or uses thebrand for their daily needs. This study aims to determine the effect of Go-Food servicequality on customer buying interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business,Merdeka University, Malang.This research is a quantitative research that has anindependent variable (X) Quality of service and the dependent variable (Y) PurchaseIntentiontangible (X1) The result of calculating t-count t-table is 3.608 1.660 and thesignificant value of tangible (X1) α 0.05. responsiveness (X2) has a partial effect onpurchase intention (Y), it can be seen from t-count 2.474 t-table 1.660 or significant α 0.05.the reliability of the T test shows that the result of t-test 1.915 from t-table which is 1.660.Assurance produces t-count 3.846 than t-table 1.660Based on these results, it can beinterpreted that the higher the assessment of the features owned by Go-Food (userfriendly), the responsiveness of good customer service, the ease of payment flows, and theguarantee of service, it will result in a high buying interest from students of the Faculty ofEconomics and Business, University of Merdeka Malang. 2. Based on the F and T tests, itshows that each variable in this study, namely X, namely tangible, responsiveness,reliability, and assurance, and the Y variable, namely buying interest, has an influence simultaneously (F) or simultaneously X has an effect on Y. The results of the Partial test(T) also show that each variable X separately (X1, X2, X3, and X4) has an influence onvariable Y
