Abstract

This writing aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin,Current Ratio, Total Asset Trun Over and Debt To Equity Ratio on Profit Growth in Sub SectorCompanies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The populationin this study were 10 pharmaceutical companies, while the sample used by the saturatedsampling method was all members of the existing population. The dependent variable in thisstudy is Profit Growth. While the independent variables are Return On Assets, Net ProfitMargin, Current Ratio, Total Asset Overflow and Debt To Equity Ratio. Methods of dataanalysis using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test,heteroscedasticity autocorrelation, multicorrelation) multiple linear regression test, t test, F testand the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously(ROA, CR, TATO and DER) have a significant effect on profit growth. Meanwhile, partiallyDER have a significant effect on profit growth, while ROA, CR and TATO have no significanteffect on profit growth in Pharmaceutical Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia StockExchange for the 2017-2021 period
