Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stress levels and working conditions onthe performance of employees at Puri Bunda Malang Mother and Child Hospital. This studyused quantitative data in the form of a questionnaire with data collected using the RandomSampling Technique, namely a sampling technique where all individuals in the population,either individually or collectively, are given equal opportunity to be selected as members ofthe sample by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. As well as secondary dataobtained from internal data, journals, articles related to this research data. In this studyusing the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The results of this study state that stress levels and working conditions simultaneouslyand significantly influence the performance of employees at the Puri Bunda Malang Motherand Child Hospital. The level of stress partially has a negative and significant effect on theperformance of the employees of the Puri Bunda Malang Mother and Child Hospital. Andworking conditions have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employeesat the Puri Bunda Malang Mother and Child Hospital
