Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company financial ratios on the financialperformance of building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange in 2019-2021. This research data collection method is documentation, this studyuses quantitative data analysis research types. Data collection uses secondary dataobtained from annual financial reports. Samples were taken using purposive samplingmethod. The population in this study is the building construction sub-sector companieslisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From a population of 18 companies, 13 companieswere obtained for the 2019-2021 period. The results of this study can be concluded thatthe liquidity ratio is measured using (Current Ratio), PT. Waskita Karya Tbk is a companythat has the best results, while the company that has the best value (Quick Ratio) is PT.Wijaya Karya Tbk. When viewed from the Solvability Ratio (DAR) of PT. Surya SemestaTbk is a company that has the best value. When measured by (DER) PT. Acset IndonusaTbk has the best value. When viewed from the Profitability Ratio using (ROA) PT. AcsetIndonusa Tbk is a company that has the best value. Measured by (ROE) PT. Wijaya KaryaGedung Gedung Tbk is a company that has the best value. If seen from the Activity Ratioof PT. Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk is a company that has the best value
