Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of managerial ownership, dividend policy and profitability on debt policy. This research uses a population of consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2022 period. The sampling technique used was purpose sampling. The final number of samples used was 12 companies. Multiple regression analysis techniques as well as the F test andt test were used to analyze the data. The research results state that managerial ownership has no effect on debt policy. Meanwhile, dividend policy has a significant negative effecton debt policy and profitability has a significant positive effect on debt policy.
