Abstract

Data management technology is needed in every sector of work, one of which is in government agencies. In data management, there is a term data input that is used to enter data to become information. An example of the use of data input is in the Master data used by Bapas Kelas 1 Malang to store client data. Master data is created using the help of the google sheets application, where each table contains formulas used to conditionally organize client data. Because of this, when the Master data was opened the loading process was long and disrupted the data input process. In addition, employees have difficulty finding client data based on certain conditions, namely based on origin, criminal offense, client status, gender, termination date and employee. This research aims to assist employees in filtering data, changing client status automatically and securing data with multi-user features to limit data access. By implementing Google App Script for data input on Master data at the Bapas Kelas 1 Malang. Through the creation of a data input website using qualitative methods and programming languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript, then stored in the database, namely google sheets. With this website, employees from the Bapas Kelas 1 Malang, can filter data and search data related to client data quickly
