Abstract
One application of the analysis of the quality of E-Government public services using the E-Govqual method. E-Government is a government concept that utilizes information and communication technology to provide more efficient and effective public services. The research outlines the steps in conducting an analysis of the quality of E-Government public services using the E-Govqual method, as well as the benefits that can be obtained for the government and society. Factors that can affect the quality of E-Government public services include the availability of information and communication technology infrastructure, supportive government policies, availability of quality human resources, and support from the community. The solution to overcome this is to increase the availability of information and communication technology infrastructure, formulate supportive government policies, improve the quality of human resources, and increase community participation in providing input and suggestions regarding public services. In conclusion, this study shows the importance of analyzing the quality of EGovernment public
services using the E-Govqual method toimprove the quality
of public services and meet community needs
