Abstract

Analysis of Measuring the Service Quality of the Kaltimprov Disdikbud Scholarship Website is a process, planning, organizing and directing effort to fulfill all the wishes and needs of users so that delivery decisions can be balanced with the expectations of the users. With certain tools aimed at finding out whether the Kaltimprov Disdikbud Scholarship website has quality that is efficient and effective for its users.
In this research, the data collection method that will be used is a questionnaire and literature study which is the theoretical basis that will be used. The method that will be used is Service Quality at the East Kalimantan Province Education and Culture Service as a case study.
This research using the Service Quality method aims to measure the quality of web services at the East Kalimantan Province Education and Culture Service. The final result of this research is that using the Servqual method can produce Gap values from Perception and Reality in each variable.
