Abstract

Software or software testing is a cycle that is intended to guarantee that a program can run properly or according to its form, and guarantee that the program has no defects or errors. So it can be said that software testing means finding errors in programs that have been made so that the program can run properly and there are almost no errors or bugs. Software testing is a very important thing to do in making or producing a program, while the strategy used in testing this software is to utilize the Black Box technique which is a software testing technique that focuses on the usefulness of a program that is created. Black Box testing uses Graph-based testing or graphic-based testing techniques, which depict diagrams that discuss the relationships between objects in a module so that each item and its relationship can be tested. Based on the results of the experiment using the test strategy diagram compiled on the official website of the Malang City DPRD and SIPD it can be said that no errors were found in the framework, so from the results of this test it can be ascertained that the framework made is in accordance with what is generally anticipated and can run well.
