Abstract

This research focuses on evaluating the User Interface (UI) of the BNI MobileBanking application using the Heuristic Evaluation method. The research objectiveis to analyze the UI using the Heuristic Evaluation method and identify factors thatinfluence the UI's quality. The study employs a quantitative research design, andinstrument testing is conducted using validity and reliability tests. Data analysisinvolves descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the Heuristic Evaluation results,all principles received a "Very Good" rating, with an overall average percentage of88%. Thus, the BNI Mobile Banking application demonstrates an intuitive,efficient, and aesthetically pleasing interface, visually enjoyable, and meets userneeds and expectations.
