Abstract
The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has enabled the use of ChatGPT AI as an assistant in creating promotional e-commerce websites. Therefore, this research aims to create an e-commerce website with the assistance
of ChatGPT AI and conduct a usability analysis of the website. The research methodology employed is usability analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Thirty-two participants were involved in the study and provided assessments of the website's usability, which was created with the assistance of ChatGPT AI. The results indicate that the website demonstrates a satisfactory level of usability, with an average final score of 66.6 based on participant evaluations. The findings of this study conclude that the promotional e-commerce website created with the aid of ChatGPT AI exhibits a commendable level of usability. ChatGPT AI serves as a valuable assistant in providing references and conceptualizing the website's design. However, it has limitations in terms of overall website development. Therefore, ChatGPT AI is better suited as an assistant in website development rather than solely relying on it. This research offers deeper insights into the potential effectiveness and efficiency of utilizing ChatGPT AI in creating promotional e-commerce websites
