Abstract
The construction services sector has a role in accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia. The occupational safety and health factors of these construction service sector players are the top priority. In order not to become an obstacle to the performance of construction service actors, it is necessary to analyze the application of K3 in the Encahaq Jengan Danum River Bridge construction project, Kutai Regency. The analysis carried out in this thesis is an analysis with quantitative methods by taking probability sampling samples (Simple Random Sampling) with the help of the SPSS statistical program. The analysis carried out contains free variables and bound variables. With free variables in the form of X1 as work safety and X2 as occupational health. For bound variables in the form of Y as Implementation K3. Methods in data collection are observation, interviews, literature and questionnaires. In processing descriptive analysis data, multivariate analysis, classical assumption deviation test, multiple linear regression analysis and Goodness of Fit. The results of the analysis show that occupational safety and health have a significant influence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees and project workers. For the correlation of variables in the construction project of the Encahaq Jengan Danum River Bridge, West Kutai Regency, the BRI Regional Office Building in Malang City was influenced by occupational safety variables and occupational health variables of 80.8%, the remaining 19.2% was influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied.
