Abstract

Coffee and cocoa production is increasing but farmers are still hampered in marketing them. This shows that farmers are still difficult to market agricultural products. The problem faced by farmers is still hampered in marketing coffee and
cocoa products. So an online sales website was designed as a medium for promoting sales of coffee and cocoa products in Welak District. Because the implementation of the system will be able to facilitate sellers and collectors in Welak District in marketing and managing sales transactions. Through online sales websites, coffee and cocoa results in Welak District will look more professional and reliable, besides that security in managing a business will also
be more guaranteed than opening and selling directly to the market. The purpose of the research is to design and create a web-based online sales information system that supports the marketing of coffee and cocoa products in Welak District; and to facilitate the transaction process of selling coffee and cocoa products in Welak District. The SDLC method is a method characterized by doing work in each phase is first and then moving to the next phase. The collection techniques used are observation data (observation), interview (interview), and documentation.
