Abstract

The community service system is a series of activities carried out by the government to provide good and effective facilities or services to the community in various fields. At present there is still a lot of data collection and the services that are implemented still use a manual system which is somewhat inefficient, especially in RT 03 RW 02, Jrebeng Lor Village, Probolinggo City. Therefore the researcher
conducted research by making a program Database use website as well as implementing the Online Community Service System(E-Service) to residents of RT 03 RW 02, Jrebeng Lor Village, Probolinggo City. This study uses the Waterfall method. This is what researchers do in order to get accurate results, both trial results and final results. The results of the study are Database used website to make it
easier to manage data when carrying out service activities and community data collection. Suggestions from researchers, namely the importance of awareness of
the existence of technological developments are needed in order to facilitate community activities or activities, especially in data collection activities and services so that in doing so it reduces time or operational hours which will later be more efficient and more effective
