Abstract

Technology concrete has develop since he found non- sand concrete on a number of decades then that followed by various study For increase performance material building . Non- sand concrete (no-fines concrete) is form innovation from type obtained normal concrete with method remove part fine aggregate on making concrete . No exists aggregate fine in mixture produce something system form uniformity cavities distributed inside mass concrete , as well decrease heavy type concrete. Cavity inside _ concrete the reach 20-25% ( Tjokrodimuljo , 1996). With notice exists waste glass good origin from industry or demolition building And from House ladder in amount big , most likely utilized at a time as alternative solution problem possible environment caused by waste glass . Powder glass expected function as fillers Because own potency as a pozzolanic material. Making non- sand concrete made from glass filler material is made with variation free form ratio cement aggregate with size rock broken aim For know how much big influence ratio cement aggregates and size rock broken to strong press sandless concrete. Objective from study This is For give solution for problem resulting environment by waste glass. And for know so far where influence addition glass filler material to strong press sandless concrete. Percentage mix rate fillers glass constant used on study This by 15%. Study aim For know influence use proportion mixture consists from variable ratio cement aggregate 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 size rock broke 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm with phase 0.5 And fly ash 8% against strong press sandless concrete. Test object non- sand concrete cylinder with measuring 15 x 30 cm is done testing on 28 days old (strong press ) using tool Compression Testing Machine test accordingly with ASTM C579-01. From the results Study showing that normal non- sand concrete on population I strong hit the highest average of 12.74 MPa And ratio cement aggregate 2:1 with cement water factor 0.5 and size rock broke 20mm. Whereas object test non- sand concrete population II uses fillers glass strong hit the highest average of 23.02 MPa For ratio cement aggregate 2:1 with cement water factor 0.5 and size rock broke 5mm. Test object non- sand concrete population III uses fillers glass strong hit the highest average of 19.82 MPa For ratio cement aggregate 2:1 with cement water factor 0.5 and size rock broke 10 mm. Whereas For object test non- sand concrete population IV uses fillers glass strong hit the highest average of 17.17 MPa For ratio cement aggregate 2:1 with cement water factor 0.5 and size rock broke 20 mm .From research This can concluded that the more small comparison ratio cement aggregate then mark strong press non - sand concrete produced will the more high.
