Abstract

Accidents that generally occur due to various factors together, namely: humans, road conditions and road equipment. Pasuruan as a district in East Java has an important role as an industrial and tourism area. One effort that needs to be done is to conduct a road safety audit, especially on the main roads in Pasuruan Regency. The method used to determine accident-prone locations includes the Accident Frequency. Based on the frequency method, then analyze the above method with 2 (two) analytical techniques, namely Z-Score and Cusum to determine black sites and black spots. From the results, it can be seen that these roads include STA 0 + 600 – STA 0 + 800 m, the criteria for accident-proneness are very high and have a Z-Score value of 5.38 for roads with low accident-prone criteria, including STA 0+ 0 roads. 400- STA 0 + 600 m with a Z-Score value of 2.10, highway sections STA 0 + 400- STA 0 + 600m with a Z-Score value of 1.27. The value taken is a positive value to determine accident-prone areas. It can be seen that road segments identified as accident-prone points (black spots) are intersections that have a positive cumulative value with accident-prone criteria including very high, medium, low, very low and not accident prone. The road sections include; STA 0+ 800- STA 0+ 1000 m has very high accident-prone criteria with a Cusum value of 31.2, Moderate accidents while STA0+ 400- STA 0+ 600 m, STA 0+ 600-STA 0+ 800 m the road has the criteria moderate accident prone, low accident, while STA0 + 2000- STA 0+ 2200 and STA0 + 2200-STA 0 +2400 m which have low accidents, which have very low accident prone criteria include STA 0+ 1800- STA 0+2000 m, have very low accidents.
