Abstract

Mukun Health Center is a health service unit whose job is to provide maternal and child health (KIA) services. Posyandu plays a role in supporting basic health in the community by implementing Posyandu according to its stages. This study aims to update the system management process at Posyandu and use the waterfall method approach. The manual data management system at Posyandu can influence the problem of errors in the data collection process. Cadres will manage data collection on families and children and can also create, read, update and delete (CRUD) on child data management. The data collection process may include filling out the health card (KMS) and Child Growth Recap carried out by cadres. The Child Growth Recap Process will be recorded in the system if the child has already had an examination at the posyandu and the cadre has filled out the child's examination. Cadres will arrange posyandu schedules for implementation and immunization lists for immunization reminders. Account management on the application is carried out by the admin so that it can create, read, update and delete the application. The Toward Card Application (KMS) is an application that facilitates puskesmas officers in monitoring child growth and assisting cadres in the process of managing the system at Posyandu
