Abstract

PMI Malang City Blood Donor Unit is an organization that serves blood donor activities. The blood donation process is closely related to the existence of data collection on the history of successful donors. The history is very important which refers to the number of donations that have been made by the donor. There are times when donors do not pass selection in donor selection and there are those who pass donor selection so that in the data provided, the two data become one.
In the application that supports the classification of donor history, it will only produce successful donor data. so that officers can make donor cards more accurate and avoid human errors that lead to errors in the number of donor donations on donor cards and the system at UDD PMI Malang City. This application uses the waterfall method where every time there is an improvement it can be repaired according to the needs of UDD PMI Malang City
