Abstract
The SNI (Indonesian National Standard) standards or regulations that are used as building structure planning guidelines have changed from SNI 2847-2013 to SNI 2847-2019. Changes also occurred in SNI 1726-2012 to SNI 1726-2019 which is, the based earthquake map update. So that it will influence the earthquake-resistant structure of the building, in this, task, a comparison of building planning using the Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPM) will be made between the two rules. The moment Bearing Frame System (SRPM) is a space frame system consisting of structural components of beams, columns, and joints resisting the forces acting through bending, shear, and axial action. The planned building has 10 floors and is located in Malang. Structural analysis to obtain the forces in the structure was carried out using the SAP 2000 assistance program with live and dead loads referring to SNI 1727-1989 and SNI 1727-2013 while the seismic load response spectrum analysis refers to SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019. Planning is carried out to determine the comparison of reinforcement requirements in the main structure of the building between SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 2847-2019. Analysis of the response spectrum procedurally there is no difference in the planning process, which is the basis for the difference between SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019 only on the earthquake map and the long period transition (TL) so that it affects the value (Ss), (S1), (Fa) and (Fv). This difference affects the results of the analysis of the Vibration Period, Mass Participation Ratio, Basic Earthquake Force, and Interfloor Deviation. The change between SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 2847-2019 technically there is no difference in the planning process, the difference between SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 2847-2019 is only in certain limitations such as the minimum value limit for normal concrete quality fc' diameter bend and the length of the hook at the end of the reinforcement which is more detailed when compared to SNI 2847-2013. In addition, the transverse reinforcement of the SRPMK column also experienced an important addition to the formula in SNI 2847-2019.
