Abstract

Rendani Manokwari Airport is one of the airports located in the provincial capital area, precisely in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province, has a trategic role in supporting efforts to increase the role of air transportation in relation to regional development in particular and national development in general.
Currently Rendani Manokwari Airport is carrying out an Airport Development Work Project which includes box culvert work, runway strip widening, and runway extension. Due to the work of extending the runway at Rendani Airport there is a river that runs from upstream to downstream, so to be able to do this runway extension work is overcome by box culvert work with a width of 14.5 m, a height of 5.5 m, and a length of 350 m to meet the runway strip in accordance with
regulations with the largest aircraft B737-900 ER.
So to meet the runway strip 140 in accordance with flight regulations, further work planning is carried out to make box culvert outlets and runway strips to maximize the existing shortage of work to meet runway strip 140.
For this time analysis, the author uses the S curve method using Ms. Project and Network Planning CPM and calculates the costs required for this work. The time required for this work is 196 days or the same as 32 weeks with a planned
budget of Rp. 18,781,846,800.00
