Abstract

Development is currently experiencing a very rapid development, along with technological advances in the realm of construction the problems that occur are increasingly complex, one of the problems today is the irregular shape of the structure building plan due to limited land and certain modifications made in its architectural design. The irregularity of the plan on the structure is a horizontal irregularity, where the horizontal irregularity is determined based on the irregularity of the direction of the two axes which results in the structure having a heavy point that is not directly in the middle of the building.
The modeled structure is a high-rise building with first soft story that has variations the irregularity of the structural plan with the shape of the plan resembling the letters T, Z, and U. The modeled building has 10 levels and is located in Malang City. The building was analyzed dynamically according to SNI 1726-2019 with SAP2000 program, against earthquake loads. The dynamic analysis used is the analysis of the variety of spectrum responses. The problem under review is how the irregularity of the structural plan affects the behavior of the building structure if it is subject to earthquake loads and gravity load based on SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2013 and SNI 1727-1989F. Evaluation of the analysis will be carried out on each structural model to the values of The Vibration Period, Basic Shear Force, Mass Participation Ratio and Drift Story with Spectrum Response Earthquake Analysis.
In the x-directional structure model hypothesis, the largest vibration period in MDTBZ, the smallest x-directional shear force on MDTBU, the drift story value of the direction x is smallest on MDTBZ. The x-direction building structure model chosen is MDTBZ because it more predominantly meets the requirements of the structural performance theory. Meanwhile, the avoided building structure model is MDTBT because it is inversely proportional to theory. Whereas in the y direction structure model the largest vibration period in the MDTBZ, the smallest y-directional shear force in the MDTBZ is large, the drift story value of the smallest y-direction in the MDTBZ is as large. The y-direction building structure model that can be chosen is MDTBZ because it meets the requirements. The avoided building frame model is MDTBT because it is inversely proportional to theory.
