Abstract
The research entitled Good Governance of Management, Human Resources and Financial Systems of the X College Foundation, the researcher used a qualitative method. Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the governance of planning, policies, supervision, and accountability of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems governance at the X College Foundation. The data source for this research used primary funds at the X College Foundation. The results of the study indicate that at the X College Foundation in the governance of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems, it has not been implemented properly and in accordance with the policies, vision and mission of the foundation. So it can be concluded that the X College Foundation must immediately improve the governance of Management, Human Resources, and Financial Systems in accordance with the principles of GCG in order to minimize the occurrence of fraud that can harm the institution.
