Abstract

Community service is not just about providing short-term assistance but also about strengthening the community's capacity for sustainable change. In this community service
program, the involvement centers around a strawberry farming community called "Lumbung Stroberi" located in the Pandanrejo village, Batu City. Strawberry farmers will receive
training on how to manage customers in the current era and Business Model Canvas (BMC) training. The training aims to reinforce these skills, ensuring that farmers are not only
proficient in agriculture but also capable of managing their businesses holistically. Challenges arise from the limited skills in customer management, agricultural product marketing, access
to technology, and understanding the rapidly changing dynamics of the business environment. The training is designed to address these misunderstandings and enhance farmers'
understanding of marketing strategies, technology, and adapting to market changes. Methods that can be employed include interactive approaches, experiential training, individual
consultations, and ongoing training
