Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of Attractions and Amenities on visitor satisfaction at The Fatuleu Mountain attraction. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, research location in Kupang East Nusa Tenggara. The research population is all tourists who have ever visited the tour of Mount Fatuleu. Sample withdrawal techniques using Purposive Sampling techniques. Determination of the number of sample populations unknown to researchers then to determine the sample researchers used representative methods According to Hair et al and Kiswatik in (Imantoro et al., 2018) based on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10. The number of samples in this study is the number of indicators 14 x 5 = 70. Based on the results of the study, 70 respondents were found, using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Multiple Linear Analysis, And Hypothesis Testing. The results of
this research showed that tourist attractions and amenities have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors to Mount Fatuleu. The conclusion of this study is that of the variable attractions and amenities, the most influential attractions are dominant to visitor satisfaction.
