Abstract
The construction of houses with new innovations requires detailed cost planning. This study aims to compare the RAB of red brick walls, lightweight bricks, and component system walls in type 36 houses. The method used is to analyze secondary data and previous research journals. The results of this study are the cost of red brick wall work is Rp. 30,446,739,42, light brick wall is Rp. 27,043,107,71, and the component system wall is Rp. 23,864,251.23. From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the component house is an alternative to liveable houses with the advantages of being earthquake resistant, sturdy, lightweight at a lower price.
