Abstract

This study aims to provide an evaluation of the Performance of PERUMDAM Among Tirto Batu City, for the first 3 (three) months in 2021. This evaluation is based on: 1) Compliance of the Board of Directors in carrying out the Objectives of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2018, 2) Compliance with Business Implementation Plans 2018 – 2022; and 3) Compliance with the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) 2021 and 4) Evaluation of the first quarter 2021 budget. The research method uses quantitative descriptive, using financial data for the first 3 months of 2021. The results of the study show that the overall performance of PERUMDAM Among Tani Kota Batu can be said that the Company's Management has worked optimally to carry out operational activities. This operational activity is in accordance with PERUMDAM's objectives as stated in Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2018. The realization of PERUMDAM's water sales is lower than the set budget, so the impact on profit gain in the first quarter is very small when compared to the set profit budget. Actual costs are too large from the set budget. Cash disbursements are not based on a cost budget, cash disbursements should be traced in detail in the cost budget and there should be no cash disbursements without a cost budget.
