Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability to assess financial performance in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data collection technique used in this study is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is Simple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that simple regression analysis of working capital has no effect and is not significant to profitability (ROE). And the results of the t test show that the working capital variable has no significant effect on profitability.
