Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain three variables namely system quality, information quality, and user satisfaction. The effect of information quality as a mediation of the system quality on the user satisfaction of Core Banking System at Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). In addition, this study also aims to analyze and explain the direct effect of system quality on CBS user satisfaction. Respondents are
BPR employees as CBS users named Assist-BPR.NET in Malang. The population in this study was 50 operational employees of 10 BPR in Malang who use CBS Assist-
BPR.NET. The data collection method used is a census using the entire population as a sample. The analysis technique uses linear regression technique with the path analysis method. The results showed that the information quality as a mediating variable mediates the system quality variable on user satisfaction.
