Abstract

Every Human wants a good life in his life and has a decent life for his welfare with his family. But the fact is that not all get jobs that match their wishes and expectations. Many factors have contributed, directly or indirectly, to the existence of street vendors in the city which have created job opportunities so that the numbers can be supported and needed by the lower class community. However, the existence of street vendors in addition to benefiting new problems.
This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Which is located at the Malang City Satpol PP office. Data taken through the process of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the enforcement of street vendors in the city of Malang was carried out based on the mayor's regulation. So here, the Control of Street Vendors in this Malang city, goes through a process of stages, namely warnings, statements and controls by the authorities.
