Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia continues to be a very big problem throughout history, poverty causes millions of people to be in a circle of powerlessness. The government seeks to reduce poverty by launching various poverty alleviation programs. One of them is through the Village Fund, which is a fund sourced from the APBN which is transferred through the Regency or City APBD and is intended for community empowerment and the welfare of the community. The Village Fund is intended for villagers to improve their standard of living, have a decent life, and can develop their potential through empowerment. The implementation of the Village Fund Program is also regulated by Malang Regent Regulation Number 38 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management which is stipulated so that the implementation of the Village Fund can be carried out in a targeted and targeted manner and is able to prosper the community. The use of Village Funds is one of the efforts to reduce poverty and increase the cost of human life. Where every implementation of the Village Fund must be right on target and in accordance with what the actual purpose of the Village Fund is. The government regulates and issues poverty alleviation programs based on community empowerment is an effort to build community capacity, by encouraging, motivating, raising awareness of their potential and trying to develop that potential into real action.
The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Program in Sukorejo Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency. The purpose of this research is to contribute ideas and theories about the implementation of public policies through program interventions and community participation.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. The technique used in data analysis is using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research location chosen according to the thesis title is: "Implementation of the Village Fund Program (A Study in Sukorejo Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency Based on Regent Regulation (PERBUP) Number 38 of 2018 Malang Regency".
The results of the study show that the Implementation of the Village Fund Program in Sukorejo Village has been going well, but there are still some problems that occur in its implementation.
