Abstract

Schools are a location for character development and human resources. In the sector of education, schools are one of the media used to expand one's knowledge from elementary, junior high, and high school levels, which include enhancing information from the previous level. At the elementary school level we are given material as a scientific provision, therefore it is necessary to improve the quality of education so that students can excel starting from the elementary school phase. Schools are now an intellectual forum, therefore researchers conduct research in schools, especially elementary schools. This study aims to find out how far the process to improve the quality of education at SDN Bunulrejo II Malang City is based on Government Regulation Number 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education at SDN Bunulrejo II Malang City sourced from interviews with resource persons as well as actual data obtained in the field such as school principals, teachers, head of librarianship, head of the lab. computer at SDN Bunulrejo II Malang City. The results of this study explain the coordination between the principal and the teacher regarding the effectiveness of learning, the learning process in schools, library and lab facilities. adequate computer evaluation and monitoring of teaching and learning activities Supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the quality of education at SDN Bunulrejo II Malang City.
