Abstract

In the kelurahan/village Musrenbang activities which are held in January every year and establish an annual activity plan taking into account the regional medium-term development plans prepared for the next five years. In relation to the development planning system as mandated by Law No. 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System.
The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Village Development Planning Deliberation in Kwangsan Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Implementation of Village Development Planning Deliberations in Kwangsan Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency.
The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, this research is located in Kwangsan Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. with four informants, consisting of the Village Secretary, Head of Planning Affairs, Head of Rw 01 and Head of Rw 07. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation.
The results of the study stated that the deliberations on development planning in the Kwangsan sub-district, Sedati sub-district, Sidoarjo district can be said to be quite good. This is because some communities are still active although some do not participate in the planning, implementation and development stages. The resulting development comes from a priority scale, so the community's proposals that have been outlined in the urban village Musrenbang will be seen which must be realized first
