Abstract

Increasing the competence of the apparatus needs to be done, because it will determine the net of a better Indonesian government system. Bureaucratif performance is now a strategic issue, because it will have in impact on economic and political life, so it is necesarry to improve government system in Indonesia to be a good and clean government. To achieve this, the main thing that is prioritized is the human reseources of the bureaucrats ( ASN ) because they are the component of competence, both basic and professional and reliable.
The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the efforts to improve the competence of the State Civil Apparatures in the Klojen Subdistrict, Malang City and describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of increasing the competence of the State Civil Apparatus
The Result of this Study are expected to add insight and knowledge about the efforts to improve the Competence of State Civil Apparatus in Klojen District, Malang City. The benefits and uses of this research are to contribute ideas for the development of sience, especially the efforts to improve the Competence of the State Civil Apparatus in the Klojen District, Malang City
