Abstract

Every country has a state goal, as well as in Indonesia there are goals that are the basis for implementing development programs. one of them is the implementation of the direct cash transfer policy to poor households. This is one of the government's programs in reducing poverty or promoting general welfare. The goal that is expected through this program policy is to be able to answer the problem of poverty in Indonesia.
The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Implementation of Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) Policy in Kalisongo Village and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Implementation of Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) Policy in Kalisongo Village. The benefit of this research is as an additional reference and library for students majoring in Public Administration education.
This research uses qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique used in data analysis is using data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The research location chosen is according to the title of the thesis, namely "Implementation of Cash Direct Assistance Policy" (Study in Kalisongo Village, Dau District, Malang Regency, Based on Presidential Instruction Number 12 of 2005 concerning Implementation of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to Poor Households).
The implementation of the Cash Direct Assistance Policy in Kalisongo Village has been running smoothly and effectively, although there are still some problems. The BLT Implementation Team and Village Staff have followed the established rules.
