Abstract

One of the policies established by the government to reduce the burden on the community in meeting basic needs is the Regional Non-Cash Food Assistance Policy (BPNTD).
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Aid PolicyRegional Non-Cash Food (BPNTD) in Tanjungrejo Village, Malang City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman.
The results of the research regarding the Implementation of the Regional Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNTD) in Tanjungrejo Village, Communication, Socialization carried out by the implementing parties has been carried out well but there are still people who do not understand the implementation of regional non-cash food assistance due to age and social factors. the timing of the distribution of the Regional Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNTD) is not precise. Resources Implementation of the implementation process in Tanjungrejo Village related to adequate facilities but inadequate human resources. There is still a lack of officers in the implementation of regional non cash food assistance. The disposition or attitude of the implementor is that the parties involved provide a good response to the implementation of the BPNT program which will later be able to achieve its objectives well. Bureaucratic Structure All executors involved have carried out their respective tupoksi.
