Abstract

Kampus Mengajar Program is a new program that was initiated in 2020 which began with pioneering teaching campuses whose implementation itself has been guaranteed in the Ministry of Culture and Ministry Regulation No. 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards. This program is one of the answers to educational problems that are still not over, a new program innovation by cooperating with students to take an active role in advancing education in Indonesia through their creative and innovative hands to create a better educational environment.
In this research, the researcher uses descriptive qualitative research, because the researcher wants to get in-depth data so that the overall social situation under study includes aspects of place, actors, and activities that interact synergistically. In addition, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The scope of this research is limited to the implementation of Kampus Mengajar program in elementary schools as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Kampus Mengajar program in the learning process itself. Kampus program consists of several stages starting from the program socialization stage, the registration process and selection process, announcement and placement process for Campus Teaching participants, the process of debriefing participants, coordinating Kampus Mengajar participants with related parties, implementing the program itself, monitoring and final evaluation and the process of disbursing aid funds. Single tuition fee (UKT). The implementation of the Teaching Campus activities itself consists of adapting technology, teaching assistance and school administration.
Kampus Mengajar makes a good contribution to the implementation of the learning process from all aspects, one of which is at SDN Karangtengah 4 Blitar City, where at this school the implementation of Kampus Mengajar is quite successful where every part of the school feels the impact of the arrival of teaching campus participants, starting from the learning felt by students to equipping teachers with digital-based learning technology.
