Abstract

Malang city is the second largest city in East Java after Surabaya city and Malang city is a city famous for education and tourism that can advance the economic sector. The Malang city government cooperates in fostering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to increase the pace of economic development of the people in Malang City. Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pulungdowo Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. if the Pulungdowo Village government manages it well, where the existence of this MSME will be very beneficial for the economic progress of the people in the village. Business improvement begins with initial capital with own savings, applying innovation and creativity to support maximum production results, completing business facilities and infrastructure to facilitate implementation, using social media to expand product marketing. The Pulungdowo Village Government also facilitates assistance in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by providing access to capital, coaching and training. However, there are several obstacles that can hinder the running of the business such as increasing raw materials, limited human resources, lack of capital and infrastructure. Seeing the problem (UMKM) requires the role of the Pulungdowo Village Government which is obliged to participate in solving problems through the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. The techniques used in analyzing the data are data collection techniques, data presentation and conclusions. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze MSME development in improving the welfare of the community in Pulungdowo Village, Tumpang District.
The results of this study are the results of this research conducted by the author aims to find out how the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through coaching and training programs in the village of Pulung - dowo, Tumpang sub-district, Malang Regency. at this stage the data that I obtained and presented, analyzed and then interpreted in accordance with the main problems at hand. As for the results of this research, the author aims to find out how to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through coaching and training programs that exist in the village of Pulung - dowo, Tumpang sub district, Malang Regency.
