Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the technological anomalies regarding the influence of social media and marketplaces on increasing the sales volume of MSME products around Malang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents who became owners of MSMEs. The instrument used is a questionnaire, which consists of 3 variables: social media (X1), marketplace (X2) and increased sales volume (Y). The analysis used is partial and multiple regression. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that social media and marketplace both have an influence but the owners of MSMEs feel the increase by using social media rather than directmarketing using the marketplace.
