Abstract

Unemployment originating from college graduates continues to increase from year to year. This condition is further exacerbated by the impact of the crisis and pandemic. Entrepreneurship acceleration through Industrial Incubator Base Learning in business is one of the ideal solutions through targeted and sustainable activities, which are expected to reduce unemployment. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to have a study to find alternative solutions to the problem. The purpose of the first research is to adjust the model of creating young entrepreneurs according to the interests of students to choose business fields according to regional potential in Malang Raya and Pamekasan Madura. The second research objective was to conduct Focus Group Discussions to 200 people divided into 10 groups of young entrepreneurs who have found business fields in business incubators and in areas that have appropriate business potential in 12 sub-districts in Malang Raya and Pamekasan Madura. The third research objective is to test the model for creating young entrepreneurs in business locations with the participation of the people of Malang Raya and Pamekasan Madura. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative descriptive with the support of statistical analysis from the results of the FGD in order to facilitate the application of the model for the creation of young entrepreneurs and community participation in the business environment of the formed business groups.
