Abstract
Entrepreneurship intentions among students in East Java are carried out by analyzing business incubators and local
business potentials in East Java Province. Several research
findings indicate that business activities that are prospective for development in the East Java region are quite diverse and are carried out by entrepreneurs in the region, while the growth of young entrepreneurs is still limited. The potential of the business sector that can be developed by young people in East Java can be a means to create young entrepreneurs. Here, there is no maximum effort to develop business activities on micro, small, or medium scale products. In addition, local governments and universities have given their role to foster entrepreneurship in community groups including young people, however, it is still not optimal. Finally, the incubator business development is carried out to develop entrepreneurial intentions among students.
