Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how to utilize and optimize employee performance to achieve high work productivity. The sample used was 60 respondents with the sample population method being taken as the object of research, a method called a census. The approach in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis. The results show that work discipline and organizational culture can improve employee performance through compensation in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Merdeka Malang. Applied work discipline and organizational culture can increase compensation in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Merdeka Malang, and organizational culture has a role as the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee performance in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Merdeka University Malang. Empirical findings indicate that to increase awareness or willingness of an employee to perform and obey the rules set by the company, employees must have high work discipline.
