Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance of financial performance ; analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance on stock prices; analyze the effect of the financial performance of the stock price, and analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance to the stock price through financial performance. Samples 33 companies manufacturing consumer goods sector in the period 2013-2016. Mechanical analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that corporate social responsibility and corporate governance affect the financial performance. Corporate social responsibility and corporate governance to the stock price. The financial performance of an effect on stock prices.
